AirBall VR is available worldwide and is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use AirBall VR.

Meta (Oculus) Display Name: The username associated with your Meta account.
Meta User ID: A unique identifier tied to your Meta account, used to identify you within our systems.

2.2 Gameplay Data

Match statistics, including scores, win/loss records, and in-game performance metrics.

2.3 Moderation and Activity Logs

Records of user logins, including timestamps and session data.
Moderation actions applied to your account, such as bans, mutes, warnings, and related records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To operate and provide AirBall VR and its core features.
To track and display match statistics and leaderboards.
To enforce our community rules, including investigating and applying moderation actions such as bans and mutes.
To monitor account activity for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Internal Staff

Relevant account data, moderation logs, and activity records may be shared with authorised Northline Games staff members via internal communication channels, including Discord webhooks, strictly for the purpose of game administration, moderation, and support.

4.2 Infrastructure Providers

We use the following third-party services to store and process data:

Supabase: Used to store account data, match statistics, and moderation logs.
Cloudflare: Used for computing and processing data to support game functionality and security.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and data protection policies.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Northline Games, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Moderation records, including ban and mute logs, may be retained for longer periods to protect the integrity of the game and its community.

If you request deletion of your data (see Section 7), we will process your request in accordance with our obligations and may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your data is stored on Supabase and processed through Cloudflare, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you use AirBall VR at your own risk.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

9. Meta Platform

AirBall VR is available exclusively through the Meta (Oculus) platform. Meta collects and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. The data we collect (Meta Display Name and Meta User ID) is obtained through Meta's platform APIs and is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
